Carolina (karo - LEENA) Posada is a third generation coffee farmer from the Antioquia region of the Andes. This is one of her coffees, as well as our Mina Rica Colombian. You can read more about her story here (minarica.co)

 

This coffee has been decaffeinated using the sugarcane process. Sugar cane decaffeination boasts no synthetic chemicals, increases sweetness, and retains much more of the original tasting notes than many other decaffeination processes.

 

TASTING NOTES: Bright and dynamic, chocolatey and sweet with a nice, mellow fruit acidity
