Aptly named, this tea contains all the ingredients you would expect out of an evening tea. We found one cup is enough to make the transition to bed easy; two cups, plan on sleeping in. This tea contains no caffeine

Ingredients: Valerian Root, Honeybush Tea, Chamomile Flowers, Spearmint Leaves, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Passion Flowers, Cherries & Blue Cornflowers
 
Brew Instructions: Steep at 212° for 5-10 minutes.
