From the Guangdong province of China, these gently smoked, hand-rolled tea leaves produce a full-bodied cup. By hand-rolling the tea leaves, they are preserved longer, less damage is done to the tender leaves, and it decreases the opportunity for further oxidization. The  smoking reduces astringency and softens the cup. This tea contains a moderate level of caffeine.

Brew Instructions: Steep at 1 tsp at 180° for 2-3 minutes.
