Micro offering of Burundi Natural. In this medium roast, you can look for complexities and boldness similar to red wine. This coffee starts off with mild acidity and quickly expands on the palate with notes of dried cranberry, cherry, and chocolate. Like most coffees, the fruit notes come through better with a hot-off-the-boil pour over. When we brew it with a drip machine, more of the chocolate notes come through. We have thoroughly enjoyed this coffee experience!
